This Return Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These consumer guarantees apply regardless of any other warranty or policy we may provide. Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.

Tloxorelyzie provides professional consultation services for digital content creation. Our services are bespoke and tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances. The nature of consultation services means that once advice has been provided, the service has been substantially performed.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel a booked consultation under the following conditions:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled consultation: Full refund of any amount paid
- Between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled consultation: Refund of 75% of the amount paid, or the option to reschedule to another date at no additional cost
- Less than 3 days before the scheduled consultation: Refund of 50% of the amount paid, or the option to reschedule to another date at no additional cost (subject to availability)
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or no-show: No refund will be provided, though we may offer rescheduling at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
3.2 Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled consultation, you will receive:
- A full refund of any amount paid, or
- The option to reschedule to another mutually convenient date at no additional cost
We will make every reasonable effort to provide at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation from our end.
4. Refund Eligibility
In addition to the cancellation refunds described above, you may be entitled to a refund in the following circumstances:
4.1 Major Failure
Under the ACL, a major failure occurs when:
- The services would not have been acquired by a reasonable consumer fully acquainted with the nature and extent of the failure
- The services are substantially unfit for a purpose for which services of the same kind are commonly supplied and cannot easily be remedied within a reasonable time
- The services are substantially unfit for a particular purpose that was made known to us and cannot easily be remedied within a reasonable time
- The services create an unsafe situation
In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for any unconsumed portion, or receive compensation for any reduction in value of the services provided compared to the price paid.
4.2 Minor Failure
If a failure does not amount to a major failure, we may choose to remedy the failure within a reasonable time. This may include:
- Providing additional consultation time at no extra cost
- Revising materials or recommendations provided
- Offering a partial refund proportionate to the shortfall in service
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to your rights under the ACL, refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- You have changed your mind after the consultation has been completed
- You are dissatisfied with the outcome when our services were provided with due care and skill
- You failed to provide accurate or complete information necessary for the consultation
- You did not implement the advice or strategies discussed during the consultation
- External factors beyond our control affected your expected outcomes
- You purchased a service that clearly stated it was non-refundable at the time of purchase
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or lodge a complaint about our services, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of the service date (or as soon as you become aware of the issue)
- Provide your name, contact details, and booking reference
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence

7. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will:

Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. Rescheduling
As an alternative to cancellation and refund, we offer flexible rescheduling options:
- You may reschedule your consultation up to 2 times for the same booking
- Rescheduled consultations must occur within 6 months of the original booking date
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
- Package services (such as monthly partnerships) may have different rescheduling terms as specified at the time of purchase
9. Disputes and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may:
- Request escalation to our senior management team
- Contact your state or territory consumer protection agency
- Lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
- Seek independent legal advice
